Once a FastPay account has been set up adding money is simple and can be done in one of two ways.
The first way is by using a FastPay cash card, which is widely available from resellers across Iraq. Once the FastPay app is installed a user can find their nearest reseller by clicking on the 'Nearest Reseller' icon.
When the user has a cash card, they open the FastPay app and select 'Deposit' and then 'Cash Card'. The cash card will have a 16 digit number on it, simply enter the 16 digit number in the 'Enter Card Number' box and touch 'Deposit'.
The payment will need to be verified using either the user's 4-digit pin they use to unlock their phone or via their fingerprint if they use touch ID. When that is done the payment is complete and the money will be deposited into the FastPay account.
The second way is to visit the nearest FastPay reseller and pay them cash which will then be directly recharged to the relevant FastPay account.
There is no limit to the amount of money a user can deposit in their Fast Pay account and there are no fees to deposit money.
It goes without saying that before even getting started with FastPay at a live casino, the first thing to do is to make sure the relevant casino accepts it as a payment method.
Once that has been ascertained a player should ensure they have relevant funds in their FastPay account by following the steps listed in the 'Deposit with Fast Pay' section.
Next, a player needs to navigate to the cashier or banking section of their casino account and then chose to make a deposit, selecting 'FastPay' as the deposit method. Live casinos have varying methods to complete deposits, but once a player enters the amount they wish to deposit they should be guided through the completion of the payment by the casino.
If the player is depositing under 50,000 IQDs the transfer will be free, but deposits of 50,001 to 100,000 IQD incur a 1,000 IQD charge, deposits of 100,001 to 2,000,000 IQD incur a 2,000 IQD charge and a transfer of 2,000,001 and above incurs a charge of 1% of the transferred amount.
It is also worth noting withdrawals cannot be made online and must be made via a FastPay reseller, and there is a 1% fee to make a withdrawal.
